Day 1: To Broome
Welcome to Broome! This evening get to know your Travel Director and fellow travellers whilst watching the sunset over the Indian Ocean.
Overnight: Cable Beach Club Resort, Broome

Day 2: Broome – Included Choice (B,D)
Today you have a full day to explore this tropical hideaway. At some stage you may enjoy a leisurely stroll along the 22 kilometres of pristine sand and swim in the turquoise water that is Cable Beach. Wander through Chinatown or shop for pearls. Tonight, join your fellow travellers for dinner
overlooking Cable Beach.

Day 3: Broome to Port Headland (B,D)
Today get set to head south to Western Australia’s famous Pilbara region. Known for its rich cultural landscape, red earth and vast mineral deposits, the region’s diverse landscape will fascinate you. Skirting the edge of the Great Sandy Desert, cross vast pastoral leases and Aboriginal homelands through Pardoo to Port Hedland. Port Hedland is a hub for major resource activity and is a powerhouse of the Australian economy. Its natural deep anchorage harbour sees the export of iron ore, salt, manganese, livestock and natural gas from the nearby off shore gas fields.

Day 4: Port Headland to Karijini National Park (B,D)
Journey in to the depths of the Pilbara to Karijini National Park. Located in the Hamerlsley Ranges, Karijini is famous for the natural beauty of its deep gorges, secluded emerald rock pools and ice blue waterfalls. Your stay tonight is in safari-style eco tents.

Day 5: Karijini to Karratha (B,L,D)
This morning we explore more of Karijini. The startling landscape of spectacular gorges, waterfalls and rock pools provides a striking contrast to the stark red landscape of the Pilbara. You’ll explore Fortescue Falls at Dales Gorge and if you’re up to it, you can take a walk to one of the national park’s plunge pools. This afternoon travel to Tom Price Enjoy a guided tour of Rio Tinto’s Open Cut Iron Ore Mine site. You will be amazed by the massive pit and see the huge machinery and trucks in action as you’re lead to the heart of the operation.

Day 6: Karratha to Exmouth (B,D)
Today you journey back to the spectacular waters of the West Coast to North West Cape. Exmouth is situated on the boundary of Cape Range National Park and the Ningaloo Marine Park and was was built to house the families of US Navy personnel working at Naval Communication Station Harold E Holt. When you arrive on the coast you’ll visit Vlaming Head Lighthouse for stunning view over Lighthouse Bay and enjoy a tour of the township with your Travel Director.

Day 7: Exmouth – Free Time (B,D)
After a leisurely breakfast, today is yours to do as you choose. Why not marvel at the size, grace and beauty of the Whale Shark as you swim alongside them in the pristine waters of the Ningaloo Marine Park, alternatively you could take a stroll along the beach, or relax by the hotel pool overlooking the water.

Day 8: Exmouth to Carnarvon (B,D)
Today, on a shallow draft glass bottom boat, cruise over World Heritage listed Ningaloo Reef at Coral Bay to see coral formations found in the lagoon gardens of the inner reef. On a coral cruise you’ll see wonderful fish and bright unspoiled corals without having to get in the water. It’s a fantastic experience! We then make the journey south to Carnarvon. On arrival you’ll visit the Carnarvon Space and Technology Museum with plenty of time to explore.

Day 9: Carnarvon to Monkey Mia (B,D)
Travel to Hamelin Pool to see the world’s best known colony of Stromatolites. Dating back to the beginning of life on earth, while they may not appear alive, these living structures have helped scientists unravel the history of life on earth! Later visit fascinating Shell Beach, one of only two in the world, formed from billions of coquina bivalve shells up to ten metres deep. Continue to the crystal blue waters and the pristine white shell and sandy beaches of Monkey Mia .

Day 10: Monkey Mia (B)
After a leisurely breakfast overlooking the calm waters of the bay, choose from two Included Choice sightseeing experiences. You may like to join a Daytime Dreaming bush walking tour, or watching the world go and unwind on a cruise watching the sunset.

Day 11: Monkey Mia to Geraldton (B)
Venture into Kalbarri National Park and visit Red Bluff Lookout to view the spectacular scenery of the Murchison River Gorge from the vantage point of Hawks Head Lookout and keep an eye out for graceful Peregrine Falcons hunting along the gorges and cliffs. During wildflower season, the National Park is a bloom with many a variety of wildflower. You’ll spot Acacia, Banksia, Caladenia and more! On arrival in Geraldton you’ll visit the evocative HMAS Sydney Memorial and have the chance to discover the seaside township.

Day 12: Geraldton to Perth (B,D)
Visit Nambung National Park, home of the marvellous Pinnacles. This afternoon visit Yanchep National Park where you’ll enjoy a fantastic Aboriginal cultural experience in a bush setting.Continue to Perth and join your fellow travellers for a Farewell Dinner.
Overnight: Crowne Plaza, Perth

Day 13: Depart Perth(B)
Tour concludes after breakfast. Transfer to the airport for your flight home.
